Detailed Description:
Elnaz’s therapeutic work is grounded in the Object Relations approach, which emphasizes the profound influence of early attachment relationships and unconscious processes on adult emotional life and interpersonal functioning.
Elnaz works with adult clients facing a wide range of psychological challenges, including interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship difficulties, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Her clinical practice is conducted under ongoing professional analytical supervision to ensure ethical integrity and high standards of care. She views psychotherapy as a collaborative and transformative process, where clients are supported in exploring unconscious patterns, gaining insight into emotional conflicts, and resolving long-standing relational difficulties. By developing a reflective and consistent therapeutic relationship, she guides clients toward deeper self-understanding, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth.
In addition to individual therapy, Elnaz brings strong clinical experience and interest in group therapy, domestic violence recovery, and online psychotherapy. She works with clients from diverse cultural and psychological backgrounds, tailoring her therapeutic approach to suit each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Her work offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space where clients are invited to explore the underlying causes of their psychological distress and move toward meaningful change and healing.
