Tools for Quality Sleep & Better Health
Weekly sessions for 10 weeks, starting from 3rd October 2025 Fridays 12:30 – 13:30
This group therapy program runs over 10 weeks, with weekly 60-minute sessions delivered in a supportive, interactive format. Each session combines guided discussions, practical exercises, and mindfulness-based strategies designed to improve sleep quality. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the science of sleep, share experiences, and practice techniques that can be applied in everyday life.
By the end of the program, participants will:
- Understand the relationship between sleep, physical health, and mental wellbeing.
- Learn evidence-based techniques such as sleep hygiene practices, relaxation strategies, and circadian rhythm regulation.
- Apply practical tools to manage sleep difficulties and build long-term healthy routines.
- Strengthen resilience, energy, and mood through improved rest and recovery.
This program is designed for adults who experience difficulties with sleep or who wish to improve their overall health by establishing healthier sleep habits. It is suitable for individuals looking for practical, guided strategies in a supportive group setting, regardless of whether they have mild or ongoing challenges with sleep.
The program is facilitated by Ms Elly Baghi and Dr Fariba Kavianpour in collaboration with Health Triangle. Elly brings expertise in group facilitation and a focus on practical, evidence-based strategies. Fariba has a strong interest in group therapy as a powerful modality for fostering connection, insight, and healing. She has extensive experience facilitating therapeutic groups for adults dealing with trauma, migration-related challenges, and complex emotional difficulties.
